1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited conduct on the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose. • Engage in fraud, deceptive practices, or misrepresentation. • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users. • Submit content that is hateful, defamatory, or obscene. • Post pornography or sexually explicit content. • Infringe intellectual property rights. • Create fake listings or fake reviews. • Send spam or unsolicited communications. • Impersonate another person or business. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform. • Distribute malware or malicious code. • Circumvent Platform fees or booking systems. • Scrape or harvest data from the Platform. • Post content depicting dangerous boating behavior that could encourage unsafe activity.
3. Enforcement
BoatSnaps may remove content, suspend accounts, and take other action for violations, at its sole discretion. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination and legal action.
