BoatSnaps, Inc. ("BoatSnaps") operates the SnapCharters marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a marketplace and technology platform connecting customers with independent charter operators.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Platform, facilitate bookings, verify Service Providers, process payments, communicate with you, provide analytics, display advertising, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
