1. Advertising Products
BoatSnaps offers advertising and promotional placements, including Featured Listings, Top of Search reservations, Yacht Spotlight, Pink Yacht promotions, and Banner advertising. All advertising is placement only and is not an endorsement by BoatSnaps.
2. Featured Listings
Featured Listings appear in prominent positions within the feed. Placement is based on the purchased tier and availability.
3. Top of Search Reservations
Top of Search reservations place an operator or listing at the top of relevant search results for a reserved date range. Availability is limited and based on a reservation calendar.
4. Yacht Spotlight
Yacht Spotlight highlights a specific yacht in a premium placement on the homepage or category pages.
5. Pink Yacht Promotion
The Pink Yacht promotion is a specialized featured placement for pink yachts, displayed in relevant browsing contexts.
7. Availability
Advertising placements are subject to availability and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. BoatSnaps reserves the right to refuse or remove advertising at its discretion.
8. No Guarantee of Leads or Bookings
Advertising does not guarantee any number of leads, clicks, impressions, or bookings. BoatSnaps provides placement; results depend on many factors including listing quality, pricing, and market demand.
9. Refunds
Advertising fees are non-refundable after a campaign begins, except where required by law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Advertising Compliance
All advertising content must comply with our policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Standards. Misleading or non-compliant advertising may be removed without refund.
11. Governing Law
These Advertising Terms are governed by Florida law. Venue shall be Miami-Dade County, Florida.
