The terms that apply when you book a charter through the Platform.

1. Making a Booking
When you book a charter through the Platform, you enter into an agreement directly with the operator, not with BoatSnaps. BoatSnaps facilitates the booking but is not a party to the charter agreement.
2. Confirmation
Bookings are subject to operator confirmation. Operators must confirm or decline booking requests promptly. A booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmed.
3. Payment
Payment for charters is made between you and the operator, and may be processed by third-party payment providers. BoatSnaps may charge marketplace service fees. See our Payments Policy.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are set by the operator and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Weather cancellations are at the operator's discretion. BoatSnaps is not responsible for operator cancellations.
5. Changes
Changes to a confirmed booking must be agreed between you and the operator. BoatSnaps does not guarantee that changes can be accommodated.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must follow the captain's instructions and all safety rules. Operators may refuse service or terminate a charter for passengers who are disorderly, intoxicated, or pose a safety risk.
7. Assumption of Risk
By booking a charter, you assume all risks associated with boating and water activities. See our Safety Disclaimer.
8. Disputes
Disputes regarding a charter are between you and the operator. BoatSnaps may assist with dispute resolution but is not liable for the outcome.
9. Governing Law
These Booking Terms are governed by Florida law. Venue shall be Miami-Dade County, Florida.
