About BoatSnaps
BoatSnaps is an online marketplace that allows customers to discover and connect directly with independent yacht charter operators, boat rental companies, jet ski rental companies, and marine service providers.
BoatSnaps Does Not
BoatSnaps is a listing marketplace only. BoatSnaps does not:
- Own or operate the vessels listed.
- Accept customer payments for bookings.
- Process reservations.
- Collect deposits.
- Act as a broker or travel agency.
- Guarantee availability or pricing.
Direct Customer–Operator Relationship
All bookings, payments, contracts, cancellations, refunds, and disputes occur directly between the customer and the independent listing owner.
Each operator establishes their own cancellation and refund policy. Customers should review those policies before making a reservation.
If a reservation must be cancelled, modified, or refunded, customers must contact the listing owner directly.
BoatSnaps may assist in facilitating communication between customers and operators but cannot issue refunds or require an operator to provide one.
Limitation of Liability
BoatSnaps is not liable for cancellations due to weather, mechanical issues, operator decisions, customer decisions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
