1. Ownership
Intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners. BoatSnaps owns the Platform, including the BoatSnaps and SnapCharters names, logos, designs, and software. User-generated content remains the property of the user who submitted it.
2. User Content License
By submitting User Content, you grant BoatSnaps a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to display and promote your content in connection with the Platform, as described in our Terms of Service.
3. Platform Materials
All Platform materials, including text, graphics, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform materials without our permission.
