How payments and fees work on the Platform.

1. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. BoatSnaps does not store full card numbers. Payment processing is subject to the terms of the applicable payment provider.

2. Marketplace and Advertising Fees

BoatSnaps may charge marketplace service fees and advertising fees. Fees are disclosed at the time of transaction. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in US dollars and non-refundable as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Authorization

By making a payment on the Platform, you authorize BoatSnaps and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Billing Accuracy

You must review all charges and report discrepancies promptly. Charges are considered final unless disputed within a reasonable period.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions. BoatSnaps does not calculate or remit taxes on behalf of operators unless required by law.

6. Fraud Prevention

BoatSnaps may delay, refuse, or reverse transactions that appear fraudulent. Suspected fraud may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Florida law. Venue shall be Miami-Dade County, Florida.
