1. Purpose of Reviews
Reviews help customers make informed decisions and help operators improve. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.
2. Review Rules
Reviews must:
• Be based on a genuine booking or experience. • Be accurate and not misleading. • Not contain profanity, hate speech, or personal attacks. • Not include promotional content or external links. • Not be submitted in exchange for compensation (unless clearly disclosed as part of a verified promotion).
Reviews may be moderated or removed for fraud, abuse, spam, or policy violations.
3. Fake Reviews
Fake reviews, including reviews submitted by or on behalf of operators, competitors, or paid third parties, are prohibited. BoatSnaps may remove fake reviews and suspend associated accounts.
4. Operator Responses
Operators may respond to reviews. Responses must be professional and comply with our policies.
5. Removal and Moderation
BoatSnaps may remove or moderate reviews at its discretion for violations. We do not remove negative reviews solely because they are negative, provided they comply with this policy.
